Matt Hasselback destroys the Ravens Secondary
After blowing out the rival Pittsburgh Steelers, the Baltimore Ravens took on an old rival, with a new face. Matt Hasselback and the Tennessee Titans defeat the Ravens 26-13.
Many feel that the Ravens are one of the best teams in the NFL and possibly a favorite to go to the Super Bowl. However, after their matchup with the Titans, there are a lot of questions left to be answered. Hasselback absolutely picked the Ravens apart. Receiving help from his offensive line, Hasselback threw for 358 yards and a touchdown. He was never sacked in this game.
The Ravens offense did the exact opposite from last week. Just when fans felt that the team finally had an offense that can score willingly. Today, that did not seem to be the case. Flacco could never get in rhythm. He was sacked three times and he threw three interceptions.
Next week the Ravens travel to St. Louis to face the Rams. This will be a very important game for them, especially with the Jets coming to town the following week

Chris Johnson seeks Revenge on the Ravens
January 10, 2009 was the last time the Baltimore Ravens and the Tennessee Titans faced each other. The Titans who were home, were the favorites against the Ravens. The Titans who were 13-3 were the best in the AFC and the favorites to win the Super Bowl that year.
The Titans begin the game dominating the Ravens on the ground, thanks to rookie halfback, Chris Johnson. Near the end of the first half, Johnson was injured as one the Ravens players fell awkwardly on his ankle. At the time, Johnson had rushed for 72 yards with one touchdown. Averaging over 6 yards per carry, Johnson was well on his way to a huge game. Unfortunately for the Titans, Johnson was unable to return to the game and the Titans were left to depend on veteran quarterback Kerry Collins. The Ravens would escape with the victory thanks to Matt Stover's game winning field goal with 53 seconds left that led to a 13-10 Ravens victory.
Reports have said that Chris Johnson at one point felt that the Ravens injured him on purpose. However, he said that he did not feel that they were a dirty team. When the self-proclaimed King of Baltimore, Terrell Suggs heard this, he responded by saying that they did not do it on purpose and that
Johnson needs to get ready and play football. Sunday's battle promises to be epic. Can one of the leagues premier running backs gain vengeance on one of the leagues best defenses?

Week 2 NFL Predictions (Current Record 7-9)
New Orleans vs Chicago Chicago
Detroit vs Kansas City Lions
NY Jets Jacksonville Jets
Buffalo vs Oakland Bills
Washington vs Arizona Redskins
Baltimore vs Tennessee Ravens
Pittsburgh vs Seattle Steelers
Green Bay vs Carolina Packers
Minnesota vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Cleveland vs Indianapolis Browns
Dallas vs San Francisco Cowboys
Houston vs Miami Dolphins
New England vs San Diego Patriots
Denver vs Cincinnati Broncos
Philadelphia vs Atlanta Falcons
NY Giants vs Louis Giants
The Atlanta Falcons are looking to rebound after a disappointing lost in Chicago last week. What better way to do it, then to ruin Michael Vick's homecoming. Vick was the first overall pick by the Falcons in 2001. He was the cover boy of the NFL during his stay there. He was then released and sentenced to jail after being involved in illegal dogfighting. When Vick was reinstated in the NFL he was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles. After proving himself, he earned a mulit-year contract. Last year he led the Eagles to a division championship, and this matchup was my prediction for the NFC Conference Championship game. However both teams would be eliminated by the eventual Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers. Vick and the Eagles played at a very high level against the St Louis Rams last week, however, with the Falcons looking to bounce back and they lose at home very often, I predict that the Falcons will defeat the Eagles in a very close and epic battle
